About the Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be an important part of our sales organization, supporting our commercial teams by streamlining sales processes and providing insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
You will work closely with sales colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will report to the Head of Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize sales processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Assist sales teams with operational tasks including pricing, proposal creation, order booking, and contract lifecycle management.
Analyze sales data and communications to generate actionable insights from a customer perspective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and finance to align sales operations with broader business objectives.
Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Provide training and support to sales representatives to improve their use of sales processes and tools.

Job requirements
Required Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations or sales processes within an international software or SaaS company.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Good understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) market.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Ability to analyze sales communication (e.g., quotations) from a customer’s perspective.
Willingness to develop technical skills using sales tools.
Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
