At IFS Ultimo, we foster talent and provide unique opportunities for growth. Our IT Traineeship Program is designed for professionals who may not have a background in IT but possess the drive and ambition to excel in this dynamic field.

IFS Ultimo powered up the game at the LAN party of the Christelijk College Nassau Veluwe
The Christelijk College Nassau Veluwe hosted already the 7th edition of its annual LAN-party on July 5th. Initiated by a former student in 2016 with only 70 participants, it has grown into a popular and successful event to end the school year. This year, the party attracted 120 students for a night full of fun.
LAN-parties are events where people gather to play all kinds of games. Besides popular video games like Fortnite and Brawl Stars, students at the college also enjoyed board games like Dungeons and Dragons and even an energetic play of dodgeball at midnight! Yes, this party continued even until far after sunrise.
Enthusiasts of these type of events often also have a strong interest in technology and this made it for IFS Ultimo the perfect match to become a sponsor. To make sure all participants would stay charged until the early morning hours, we’ve offered power banks to all participants! And although these kinds of events are traditionally considered for boys, it’s exciting to see the growing popularity among girls, with 22 female students participating this year.
We’ve heard that the power banks were a great success and perhaps we’ve fueled up the interest to continue learning in the direction of technology, as the industry is looking forward to a new generation of IT-enthusiasts.
