Job description
The HR department has recently undergone a restructuring to support our company's and employees' growth. It now consists of two areas: People & Culture and HR Services. As Head of HR services, you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of comprehensive global HR services and operations, including managing HR administration and payroll, HR Information systems (HRIS), M&A support, and compliance. The Head of HR Services will ensure that HR services are efficient, scalable, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and report to the People & Culture Director.

Key responsibilities are:
Directing the HR Services organisation (5 HC / 3,5 FTE).
Responsible for all the global operational- and administrative functions of HR, including payroll.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination and compensation & benefits administration.
Ensure HR processes are efficient, standardized, accessible, secure and compliant with local, legal and regulatory demands.
Develop and implement HR integration plans for M&As in partnership with the People & Culture Director, Sr. HRBP, and cross-functional teams to align the acquired company’s HR functions with IFS Ultimo and ensure a smooth transition and integration of HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure global and regional HR policies comply with local rules, laws and regulations.
Manage audits, reporting, and compliance related to HR operations.
Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and IFS on HR service delivery performance.

Job requirements
Required experience and knowledge
University qualification or equivalent experience in or comparable to Human Resources or Business Administration.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Dutch (C1+).
Proven ability in senior human resources management, specifically in a leadership role.
Proven ability in managing global HR operations and delivering HR services.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Europe and the USA.
Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
Expertise in an international work environment.
