Job Description

The BDR team at IFS Ultimo is responsible for creating net new business pipeline by engaging Midmarket and Enterprise prospects. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for encouraging the team to engage with new prospects, understand their business needs & goals and create a well-qualified pipeline for Account Executives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, and the rest of the Ultimo ecosystem to ensure pipeline quotas that directly help drive the next wave of growth for IFS Ultimo.

Domain

  • Lead the Business Development organisation responsible for driving pipeline creation across existing and new business across EMEA and APAC.
  • Installed and executed best practice sales opportunity qualification to achieve/exceed pipeline generation targets through inbound marketing-sourced leads and outbound targeted campaign execution.
  • Act as the conduit between sales and marketing to install and execute continuous outbound campaign sequences that can be leveraged across the sales organisation.
  • Develop and continuously improve multi-channel prospecting proficiency within IFS Ultimo and establish a common practice of customer outreach by BDRs.
  • Build strong business relationships with all stakeholders (AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing) to deliver company goals, vision and strategy.
  • Drive performance against individual targets for team members and conduct ongoing regular coaching & performance evaluations.
  • Report regularly to local leaders regarding the performance of the BDRs in lead qualification, furnishing them with statistics on qualified leads plus information on the forecast pipeline.
  • Support and Coach on outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Act as ambassador at all times for the BDRs within IFS Ultimo.

Job requirements

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development or Sales Management with knowledge of SaaS applications a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in the ability to inspire & lead early-stage sales excellence to achieve pipeline goals.
  • Exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and the highest of ethical standards.
  • Strong understanding of how businesses make buying decisions.
  • Have a proven record in achieving pipeline goals.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with internal partners.
  • Care about IFS Ultimo’s customers & prospects and act as an internal advocate for the Business Development team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and persuasive skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German or French spoken and written communication is a bonus. 
  • Living in The Netherlands or in the United Kingdom.
