AI Transformation Lead

The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for developing a roadmap for AI implementation, initiating and supporting AI projects within the organization, and ensuring the integration of AI technologies into various business processes. This individual will also supervise our AI initiatives to meet all legal, ethical, and operational requirements across the EU, UK, and US.

Key responsibilities are:

• Creates a long-term strategy and roadmap regarding AI initiatives.

• Oversees all AI initiatives, sets realistic targets in collaboration with the business, and monitors progress.

• Can advise departments on AI improvements, and support and convince others to implement AI in their processes to gain benefits.

• Has a broad overview and good understanding of the business processes in the organisation.

• Shows imagination regarding technological developments to inspire the company with new solutions.

• Able to pro-actively and positively promote and improve AI literacy throughout Ultimo

• Guides departmental representatives on their AI journey and brings this group frequently together to inspire and learn.

• Is involved as stakeholder in developing AI-powered features in our EAM solution.

• Is deeply aware of constantly changing laws and regulations concerning the application of AI.

• Is part of and organizes the AI ethics committee.

• Is responsible for creating and maintaining AI roles and responsibilities matrix and the centralized register of AI use within Ultimo.

• Collaborates with Compliance, Procurement and HR teams to drive compliance culture across teams, producing training on AI adoption risks and ethical use.

• Expert in change management

• Proven skills in project and program management

• Application of AI and data privacy compliance in a multi-geography environment

• Implementation of programs to drive AI training and awareness

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English

• Preferred education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in or comparable to Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on technology; an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) qualification would be a plus.
