Recruiter Screening
We carefully review your application. If there's a match, we'll schedule a short introductory call with one of our recruiters. We'll ask about your background and ambitions, and tell you more about the role and what it's like to work at Ultimo.

Interview Process
You'll meet the team and the hiring manager. Depending on the role, this involves one or more conversations. We look beyond skills, we want to understand how you work and whether there's a mutual fit with our culture and way of working.

Offer
If it's a match, we'll be happy to make you an offer. We'll walk you through the terms and make sure your onboarding is smooth so you can hit the ground running.
