In this unique position, you will create the next chapter in our DACH expansion. Lead, create and fuel the growth of IFS Ultimo. Are you a sales leader that pushes for double-digit growth? What is your role at IFS Ultimo?

Next to be an ambassador for the IFS Ultimo products in the DACH region, you will be responsible for meeting the DACH strategic sales targets each year. Within the two focus sales markets defined in IFS Ultimo DACH: Manufacturing and Logistics. (You have previous experience in at least Manufacturing). You will lead the DACH sales team, and motivate and support them in their daily work. Next to your management tasks, you are an excellent sales professional that leads by example. In that regard, we expect you to:

  • Develop an effective and successful sales team, including a proactive collaboration with the Marketing, Services,Product Management and Finance & HR departments
  • Doing regional sales and market analyses, monitoring trends and developments
  • Building up and maintaining relations with (potential) customers and partners
  • Managing possible escalations
  • Representing IFS Ultimo by participating in fairs, conferences, and meetings aimed at gathering, representing, and sharing knowledge
  • You will report directly to the CEO of IFS Ultimo.

Job requirements

About you

  • You have the industry knowledge and understand the client's business;
  • At least five years of commercial and sales experience in the position of Sales Manager or Director Sales in a similar organization in the area of EAM SaaS solutions;
  • Capable of handling the final responsibility for the set sales course
  • Extensive knowledge of the EAM proposition
  • Very motivated to promote the Sales department proactively both internally and externally
  • Conceptual thinker capable of translating the DACH market developments and technological developments
  • You are willing to travel in the DACH region and occasionally also outside the DACH region
  • You are proficient in English (Level B1) and German (Level C1) so that you can communicate with your international colleagues.
