What do you do at Ultimo?

Ultimo's customers are active in a variety of industries. You will be working on the acquisition of new customers within the UK region. This is an important part of your work.

  • You will also support existing customers for the Ultimo software.
  • You take over the entire sales process from the first customer contact to the discussion of customer needs, product presentations and negotiations to contract processing.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues in the office, who will actively support you with demos, offers and technical questions.
  • Due to your many years of sales experience and industry knowledge, you will be significantly involved in the development of the sales and marketing strategy for this area.
  • Since you systematically observe the market, you are able to give the right impulses at the right time and thus drive development.
  • Through your open nature and your ability to communicate, you connect the various interfaces between sales, development and implementation at the customer's site.

After an intensive introduction, you will do most of your work from home. But there are also regularly on-site customers in the UK region as well as in the office in Manchester.

About you

  • You have solid sales experience with products in need of explanation in the field of SaaS/software solutions.
  • You have the industry knowledge and understand the customer's business.
  • You know what advantages software and information technology have in modern business management
  • You have an understanding of process engineering. Software skills are not required, but affinity is important
  • You are a communication talent and understand your customers
  • You are a decisive and independent personality with entrepreneurial thinking
  • You get to know your customers quickly and have a pronounced customer orientation
  • You are willing to travel in the UK region and occasionally to the Netherlands
